No cookies, no analytics, no third parties
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, loads no fonts, scripts or media from third-party servers, and embeds no social-media components. Videos and images are served from this site itself.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on the Vercel platform (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you open a page, your browser transmits the technical data needed to deliver it (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). Vercel processes this data on our behalf to deliver the site and keep it secure; it is not used to identify you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating the site securely). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Data stored in your browser (local storage)
With your consent (first-visit notice, or “Storage settings” in the footer), the site remembers in your browser: your language, which steps you ticked, the company data sheet, and the register court, department and number you enter in the NTR tool. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is used only to show you your own progress again. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). If you choose “don’t save anything”, the site keeps your entries only until you close the tab. You can withdraw consent and delete all stored data at any time via “Storage settings” in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Contacting us
If you write to us (e.g. via the “Narravero Expert” link), we process your message to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
